At RHRB2B.com, we strive to support our business partners with reliable service and high-quality products. However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. For business orders, returns are possible under specific conditions outlined below.


How do I return a product?

Returns are only accepted for unused products in original condition and must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return:

  1. Notify us by email at hello@rhrpets.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Fill in the return form and include it inside the return shipment.
  3. Arrange the return shipment via your own carrier to our warehouse address and keep the proof of shipment for your records. (Return costs are at your own expense unless agreed otherwise in writing.)

Once your return has been registered, we will inform our warehouse. After we receive and inspect the returned goods, and if they meet the conditions, we will issue a refund or credit. Please allow up to 14 days after receipt of the goods for processing.

Important Return Conditions for B2B Clients

As a business customer, returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is unused, free of odors, hair, and signs of wear.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • The product is not damaged due to use (transport damage excluded).

If the return does not meet these conditions, the goods will be sent back to you after consultation.


Incorrect Deliveries or Warranty Returns

In the case of a wrong delivery or an approved warranty return, we will provide you with a free return label.
This allows you to return the goods via a DPD parcel point, and we will handle the rest.


Please Note:

  • Returns are only accepted after approval by our customer service team.
  • Customized or special-order products cannot be returned.
  • Return shipments without a completed return form may experience delays in processing.
