🚚 Shipping Information
- Orders placed before 07:00 (CET) on business days are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 07:00 are shipped the next business day.
- We ship from our warehouse in Waalwijk, The Netherlands.
Delivery Times (estimated):
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 business days
- Germany: 2-3 business days
- Northern Europe (e.g., Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland): 3-7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days
- Outside Europe: Delivery time depends on the destination. Contact us for a quote!
Please note: Shipping takes place on weekdays only.
During busy periods such as Black Friday and other e-commerce holidays, delivery times may experience delays of up to 3 extra days.
Pallet Shipping
For larger or heavier orders that require pallet shipping, the exact transport costs are calculated directly in our warehouse. After processing, the transport fee will be shared with you, and you can easily add this cost into your system.

We ship exclusively with GLS for fast and reliable delivery.
Prefer to use your own shipping company?
No problem! Arrange pickup with your own carrier directly from our warehouse. Contact us to schedule your pickup and receive all necessary details.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship worldwide! For pallet-sized shipments or destinations outside Europe, we offer custom transport solutions. Please contact us via hello@rhrpets.com or visit RHRB2B.com for a shipping quote.
💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout.
Most of the time, shipping will be free of charge for standard orders.
For pallet shipments or large bulk orders, specific transport costs will be calculated separately and shared with you.

🚩 Track & Trace
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace link so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We pack your orders with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

- For larger orders, we secure products on pallets.
- Whenever possible, we reuse packaging materials to reduce our carbon footprint.
