WARRANTY & REPAIR

We do our best to avoid mistakes, but of course, it can happen that we make an error during shipping or that a product is damaged upon receipt. For every order you place with us, you have a one-year warranty on RHR Quality products. This covers manufacturing defects, with exceptions for excessive use or wear.

How do I submit a warranty/repair request?

Please send us an email briefly explaining the issue. Make sure to include photos so we can immediately assess what went wrong.

Follow the steps below, and we will get started as soon as possible:

  1. Send an email to hello@rhrpets.com.
  2. Include your order number in the subject line (starting with #ORDNL....).
  3. Briefly describe the problem or the advice you are seeking.
  4. Attach one to three photos that clearly show the issue.
  5. Add a friendly greeting :)

We do our very best to handle your request as quickly as possible. On business days, you will receive a response within 24 hours, and at the latest within 48 hours.

In the case of exceptional situations, we may ask to physically inspect your product. If this is necessary, we will provide you with a return label to send the product back free of charge. Please make sure to include the return form with the package (or packages).

Within 21 days, we will provide you with feedback and discuss the next steps with you.
