1. How Can You Return a Product to RHRB2B?

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Send us a message informing us that you wish to return your order.
  2. Fill in the return form and include it in the box (or boxes) you are returning.
  3. Drop off the box (or boxes) at a parcel service point and keep the proof of shipment (return shipping costs are at your own expense).
  4. Once you notify us of your return, we will inform our warehouse that your package(s) is on the way.
  5. Upon arrival, we will inspect the returned items for any issues. If everything is in order, we will refund the full purchase amount. You should receive the refund within 7 business days, but it may take up to 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

2. When Can You Return an Order to RHRB2B, and What Do We Not Accept?

Below are the conditions under which a return is not accepted:

  • The product shows signs of use (it must be free of odors, hairs, and any other external substances).
  • The product is not in its original packaging.
  • The product has damage caused by use (excluding shipping damage).

If any of the above conditions apply, we will contact you and return the package to you.

3. What If RHRB2B Sent Me the Wrong Product?

We sincerely apologize for any mistakes! While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors can occur.

If you receive the wrong item or a replacement under warranty, you will receive a free return label to send the package back to us via a DPD parcel point. We will handle the rest and ensure that the correct product is sent to you immediately or provide a refund (or store credit).

4. Refunds from RHRB2B

At RHRB2B.com, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a product does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to find the best solution. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product, provided it meets the return conditions outlined above.

  • Once your return is received and processed, the refund will be issued within 14 days maximum (average processing time: 1–4 business days).
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order. We cannot transfer refunds to a different account.
  • Any shipping costs you paid when placing your order will also be refunded.

Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are not covered by RHRB2B:
