General

- To place an order, the Buyer must be at least 18 years old. If the Seller discovers that an order has been placed by a minor, it reserves the right to refuse the order.
- Placing an order on the Webshop constitutes a distance sales agreement between the Parties.
- By placing an order with the Seller via the Webshop, the Buyer is deemed to fully and unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- Any deviation from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale requires the specific and written approval of the Seller.
- The potential nullity of any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall in no case entail the nullity of the other provisions. In such cases, the Parties shall endeavor to replace any null provision with an equivalent and valid provision.
- The Seller reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and prices at any time, as long as the agreement has not yet been concluded.
Ordering and Confirmation
- To purchase an Item online on the Webshop, the Buyer must click the shopping cart icon and then the "checkout" button. To complete the order, the Buyer must enter their billing information or log into their personal account (where billing details are prefilled). The Buyer can then select the desired delivery method (shipping or pickup) and payment method. These details will be reviewed before the Buyer confirms the order.
- The Seller assumes that the billing details provided by the Buyer are correct. The Seller is not liable for fraud, deception, or errors made by the Buyer that prevent or delay order fulfillment.
- If the ordering process is successfully completed, the order will be confirmed by email to the Buyer. The email will include the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the invoice in PDF format.
- The order confirmation and invoice will be kept by the Seller for as long as legally permitted. The Buyer can request a copy upon explicit request.
Prices
- All prices on the Webshop are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Discounts or promotions are valid for the duration indicated on the Webshop.
Payment Methods
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a Buyer with whom a dispute exists or has existed in the past.
- The Buyer’s bank account will be debited after the purchase confirmation, and the payment will only be effective once the Buyer’s bank has approved the payment to the Seller.
- If the Buyer’s bank refuses payment, the order is automatically canceled.
- The Seller accepts the following payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, bank transfer, In3, Klarna, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal.
- The Buyer guarantees that they are authorized to make online payments using one of the above payment methods and that sufficient funds are available to cover all transaction-related costs.

- Delivery location. For an overview: [See here].
- Orders are shipped from the Netherlands depot at the address mentioned above, using the delivery service DPD.
- Orders above €35 qualify for free shipping. Orders below €35 will incur shipping costs, which vary by country. For an overview: [See here].

Order Pickup
- The Buyer can choose to pick up the ordered Items in person at the depot at the above address, Monday to Friday, during opening hours from 08:00 to 16:00.
Consumer Right of Withdrawal
- If the Consumer wishes to withdraw from the purchase after delivery, they must notify the Seller in writing via email by filling in the withdrawal form (download form) or by sending another unambiguous statement within 14 days of receiving the Items.
- The Items must be returned as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notifying the Seller. Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
- The Consumer bears the shipping costs for returning Items to the Seller.
- Upon receipt of the returned, unused Items, the Seller will check the original packaging. If there is no damage, the full purchase amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
